Weather Policy
- Lightning, sustained 20+ mph winds, or all-day downpours = cancel or reschedule with 100% refund
- If weather forces an early return, the trip is pro-rated, minimum 50%
Cancellation Policy
- 7-day cancellation window
- Within 48 hours: charged in full unless weather makes it unsafe
- No-shows or last-minute cancellations: charged in full
Accessibility Note
- The boat is not fully handicap accessible. Brian will accommodate guests as much as safely possible, but wheelchairs and unstable mobility may not be feasible.
